Administrative Sergeant
The Administrative Sergeant position was created within the Chesterfield Police Department in 2002. The Administrative Sergeant supervises a wide range of departmental issues and reports directly to the Administrative Lieutenant under the Chief of Police.
The Administrative Sergeant supervises all civilian employees within the department including dispatch personnel, the dispatch/911 center operations as well as many daily administrative tasks such as fleet management, building operations, coordinating emergency preparedness to internal and external environments. In addition, the Administrative Sergeant oversees all existing information and technology structures and oversees the development and implementation of new information technologies for the department.
