Detective Secretary
Mrs. Joyce Goutis was appointed Detective Secretary for the Chesterfield Police in March 2004.
She began her career with the Chesterfield Police Department on May 7th, 1998 and currently holds the title of Clerk Level 5. Mrs. Goutis has an extensive law enforcement background including 9 years with the FBI.
She serves as personal assistant to the Detective Bureau and co-ordinates all meetings, correspondence and files of the Detective Bureau, which includes confidential and classified material.
